Turn the screw!!

I wanted this one as it allows me to wear my behind the Glans Penis Bling. I had a little difficulty getting everything through the 45mm ring but a bit of lube helped. I would set the SCREWS in after getting it on as dragging things through them could be .............
In my opinion, this device could benefit from a support belt however I am not rating it on the absence of such. I have the screws fully in without discomfort however I can feel their presence. Adjust to your own comfort level. If I became erect I would back them out to adjust comfort/discomfort level.
Maybe not for everyone but I like it. Weight is hardly noticeable.
I had no trouble self adjusting the screws once the device was applied.
