Shipping Policy
At Chastity Cage AU, we pride ourselves on our fast and discreet dispatch service, which allows our fun-loving customers to enjoy their purchases hassle-free and as soon as possible.
Orders are shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse in Australia (excluding weekends and holidays).
If you place your order Monday to Friday before 10:30am AEST, it will be dispatched on the same day. If you've missed the daily cutoff, or in the unlikely event that your order was unable to be dispatched on the same day, rest assured that it will leave our warehouse on the next business day.
We utilise various delivery carriers such as Australia Post and DHL. All orders are fully tracked, an email containing your tracking link will be issued on the day of dispatch.
Your order will be discreetly packaged and will not include references relating to any products purchased or the name of our site.
Free Shipping
All orders over $39 are eligible for free standard shipping; We also provide flat rate standard shipping for orders under $39 and flat rate express shipping, with costs available at checkout.
All orders on Chastity Cage AU are shipped directly from our Australian warehouse.
Standard shipping timeframe estimates:

Express shipping timeframe estimates:

Re-delivery Fee
Any orders that need to be re-delivered due to the following issues will require a $10 fee be paid for standard shipping and $15 for express shipping:
- Incorrect address provided
- Failure to pickup order
- Any other issues that cause your order to be returned to sender
If you do not wish to have your order re-delivered, you will incur a restocking fee valued at 50% of the total cost of your order.
Cancellation Fee
Orders that are placed with no real intent of purchase will incur an admin fee of $5 per cancellation. Customers that repeatedly place and cancel orders will incur an admin fee valued at 50% of the total cost of the order, so please ensure that you can commit to your order before placing it.
Chargeback Fee
We pride ourselves in providing customers with high quality products and customer support. If for whatever reason you have filed a chargeback against us and decide to place another order with us, you will be required to settle the chargeback fee where applicable.
